praisr.me— Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the praisr.me bot to your Discord server, logging in to the dashboard, or otherwise using any part of the praisr.me service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and do not use the dashboard.

2. Description of Service

praisr.me provides a Discord bot and web dashboard for managing a points-based reward and punishment system within Discord servers. Features include assigning good/bad points, role automation, leaderboards, point history, and a server management dashboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country) to use this service. By using praisr.me, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to add the bot to any server you manage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use praisr.me to:

• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Circumvent or exploit the point system in unintended ways
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the API, database, or dashboard
• Violate Discord’s own Terms of Service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under the laws of England and Wales

We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server or revoke dashboard access for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion.

5. Premium Features

Certain features of praisr.me are available on a paid premium tier. Premium subscriptions are currently in development. When available, specific pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be published and incorporated into these terms. By purchasing a premium subscription, you will agree to those additional terms.

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content of praisr.me is the exclusive property of praisr.me and its operator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

8. Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of praisr.me at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, praisr.me and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
